Discover more of Dave's Music at http There is now a video response: www.youtube.com Full Story: www.davecarrollmusic.com - In the spring of 2008, Sons of Maxwell were traveling to Nebraska for a one-week tour and my Taylor guitar was witnessed being thrown by United Airlines baggage handlers in Chicago. I discovered later that the 00 guitar was severely damaged. They didnt deny the experience occurred but for nine months the various people I communicated with put the responsibility for dealing with the damage on everyone other than themselves and finally said they would do nothing to compensate me for my loss. So I promised the last person to finally say no to compensation (Ms. Irlweg) that I would write and produce three songs about my experience with United Airlines and make videos for each to be viewed online by anyone in the world. Just today in Houston, I saw one of the ground crew, with a last min addition to the hold, take a hard case with a huge fragile sign and literally toss it onto? the conveyer. Guess they didn’t learn a thing.

AWESOME!!!!!! Funny how everyone is SO helpful? before you buy your ticket and how easy it is to purchase that ticket. Seems like that’s the extent of the customer service these days!!!! Great video!! Thanks for standing up!!

most airlines have shitty service because they treat their employees like crap and the employees pass it on to the customers. any ual employee will tell you horror stories about the employee stock owner ship? plan that hosed employees out of their retirement. Drive or fly southwest

Actually there are more than one town by that name. He doesn’t? mention whether? this is Halifax NS (Beautiful, by the way) or Halifax MA (also lovely), and there are others I am sure. :D

Just like geico, whom after I cancelled my account? 2 weeks before the next payment was due still took my money, kept it for 3 weeks and blamed me for it! Screw corporations like UA and Geico.

United also BREAKS THEIR WORD! Ask the retirees who have had their travel? benifits gutted in favor of current Employees. The “Baggage Smashers” know they’ll eventually screwed like the people who retired with the promise of free unlimited travel (standby) so they don’t care what impression they make with passengers.
